Will the existing City Gear loyalty program still be valid?
No, the City Gear loyalty program portion of Hibbett | City Gear Rewards will end on 6/1. Please sign up to the DTLR Trendsetter loyalty program to join raffles, be the first to know about exclusives, sales and promos and so much more! https://www.dtlr.com/pages/trendsetter-promo
What can I do with loyalty awards and points that I still have?
After 6/1, DTLR stores and DTLR.com will not be able to accept any awards from City Gear
After 6/1, such awards can be used only at any Hibbett store or on Hibbett.com, and you will continue to be enrolled in Hibbett Rewards
What do I do with my City Gear gift card that I never used?
DTLR stores and DTLR.com will not be able to accept any City Gear gift cards.
Gift cards can be redeemed on Citygear.com until end of day 5/26
Gift cards can be redeemed in City Gear stores until end of day 5/31
After 6/1, all City Gear gift cards can be redeemed at any Hibbett store or online at Hibbett.com
I made a purchase on Citygear.com before 5/27 and want to make a return. What should I do?
All orders placed on Citygear.com before 5/27 will need to contact the Hibbett customer service team for any issues, returns or any other questions about the order https://www.hibbett.com/customer-service-center.html
I made an in-store City Gear purchase before 6/1 and need to return my item. What should I do?
After 6/1, you can return your item to any City Gear store location within 20 days of the purchase. There will be no cash refunds and a receipt must be present in order to exchange an item or get credited back to your original payment.
If you do not have a receipt, you will receive back a DTLR gift card for the current price of the item which must get approved by a District Manager.
Will store hours change?
Yes, there may be changes to the current store hours effective June 1st. Visit our store locator page to check on your local store hours https://locations.dtlr.com/
What does this change mean for me as a customer?
